No poverty housing in Kentucky
Incorporated in 1993, Kentucky Habitat for Humanity supports and encourages an effective network of Kentucky Habitat for Humanity affiliates through the creation of new affiliates, resource development, advocacy, capacity building, mentoring, and prayer.
Habitat for Humanity is the leading organization in Kentucky working to eliminate poverty housing and improve communities
Since 1993, Habitat affiliates in Kentucky have:
- Built approximately 1,700+ homes
- Invested over $90 million into affordable housing in the state of Kentucky
- Accounted for over three million volunteer hours
- Provided a safe and decent home to over 7,000 Kentuckians
